Governors of this warm, welcoming and inclusive school wish to appoint two suitably qualified candidates to join the Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Headteacher.
The current posts have arisen because of restructuring within the SLT team and with an eye on future planning. The remit for these roles will be agreed once the successful candidates are appointed. However, the successful applicants can expect to lead and contribute to:
1. Student Development and Leadership
2. Aspects of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning
3. Leadership of Student Intervention and Progress
We are keen to hear from candidates who have developed themselves and their expertise in these areas and who believe they can contribute to the leadership of the school at this exciting time.
The successful candidate will be expected to ensure high-quality outcomes for students, staff, and the wider community, as well as contribute to the next exciting phase of the school’s development with the planned new build. In doing so, you will make a major contribution to school improvement and the school’s legacy for future generations.
The successful candidate will be subject to a full enhanced DBS check.
