Kennedys is looking for an experienced Claims Handler to join the Kennedys Claims Handling team. Handling pre-litigated claims from first notification of loss; providing a bespoke cradle-to-grave claims handling service for insurers and self-retained policyholders involving all manner of liability (personal injury, property damage) and first party property claims of unlimited value.

The Kennedys' Leeds team is a major force in the local market and is ranked in the top tier for defendant personal injury by the legal directories. We act on complex and high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognized as market leaders in this sector. We are often instructed on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices. We avoid unnecessary lawyering and are focused on working in partnership with our clients and delivering modern solutions, including our in-house R&D capability and award-winning product suite of technological and process innovations.

Required experience
7. 2-5+ years' experience of defendant personal injury and property claims working either in a legal or an insurance environment
8. Track record of capably handling a caseload of pre-litigated fast-track and multi-track value liability and property (ideally EL/PL) type claims.
