In this role, you will be responsible for managing systems in a Windows/Linux environment, providing virtualisation and networking support. This IS Support Specialist position requires a proactive individual who can take ownership of incidents and work well under pressure.
Skills required for the IS Support Specialist:
* Strong troubleshooting ability for complex technical challenges
* Experience in Application Support (installation, configuration, upgrades)
* Expertise in VMWare and SQL Server
* Background in Windows and Linux/Unix systems (RedHat, CentOS preferred)
* Advanced knowledge of Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewalls)
