Main Job Purpose:
As the Co-Pack Manager, you will oversee the entire Co-Pack division, creating and executing strategic priorities to achieve divisional KPIs, including new business growth, revenue, and profit. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Co-Pack team, lead end-to-end processes, and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement divisional strategies to drive new business growth and profitability.
* Manage the Co-Pack team, including performance reviews, target setting, and personal development.
* Lead project management for all new repack enquiries, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
* Maintain senior-level contact with key customers and stakeholders.
* Drive profitability with accurate costings and efficient conversion of new repack opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Quality, and Creative, to meet customer requirements.
Key Tasks:
* Grow the Co-Pack division profitably, with a focus on new business and customer volume.
* Full P&L responsibility, driving profitability through accurate time and motion costings.
* Collaborate with the Sales lead to maximise new repack opportunities.
* Create and manage a robust new business pipeline.
* Support the team in presentations, quality assurance, and creative projects.
* Promote repacking best practices in internal and external meetings.
* Liaise with the Repack Planner to ensure project timelines are met.
* Conduct appraisals and personal development reviews with the team.
* Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice for medicinal products.
Qualifications:
* Project management expertise
* Computer literate with proficiency in Sage, Excel, Word, Outlook
Experience/Competencies Required:
* Strong team leadership and strategic thinking
* Excellent project management skills
* Intermediate computer skills (Sage, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
* Strong prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills
* Self-motivated with change agility
* Ability to build relationships and liaise with senior networks
* Strong numerical ability and commercial acumen
* Experience working with major brands
* Full, clean driving licence
