Role:
We are looking for experienced KYC Quality Checkers who can assist the client with quality assuring customer case reviews.
Key Requirements:
1. Operations background demonstrating good core knowledge of applying KYC within a financial institution or with a legal background would be ideal (new customer take-on or customer due diligence remediation)
2. Experience with fund administrators and reviewing Jersey, Guernsey, Luxembourg based entities would be beneficial (but not essential)
3. Performing quality review on customer case reviews
4. Gathering and analysing KYC documentation in accordance with the clients AML policy requirements to identify and close any gaps
5. In depth knowledge of corporate structures i.e. privately owned or public companies, trusts and partnerships and/or legal institutions
6. Good technical knowledge of KYC and CDD
7. Driven with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
8. PC skills (Word and Excel)
9. Ability to work to demanding deadlines (workflow & time management)
10. Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets
11. Ability to work independently & as part of a rapidly changing team
12. Demonstrate an ability to work with honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness
13. Maintain high standards of professionalism and competence
Other:
* We are keen to hear from candidates who are interested and have a corporate KYC background
* We are looking to hire contractors who are available to start 19th May 2025 and have no annual leave within the first 4 weeks of the project (1-2 days can be accommodated)
* Only looking for candidates who live within commuting distance of Cardiff and can commit to working 4 days in office
