Carrying out lead responsibilities under the direction and supervision of the Team Manager Preparing thoroughly for professional supervision; NHS Highland is seeking applicants who meet the following requirements: Have good communication skills and evidence of potential to reach a high standard of professional verbal and written communication in a range of environments; Are able to negotiate and liaise with other professionals and agencies in the interests of service users; Are able to work as a member of a team by establishing positive working relationships; Have confidence and ability in the use of IT systems; Are registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) on the Social Worker part of the Register; Have good organisational skills and be able to manage the demands of a proportionate workload In addition to having an urban patch to work within the East Rural Team also have a significant rural area to cover so the post holder would require to travel efficiently to meet operational requirements.
