We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Crisis Recovery Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in crisis, helping to assess their needs, provide emotional guidance, and promote mental health and wellbeing. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with clients experiencing mental health challenges, contributing to a supportive team, and working in partnership with local agencies and external networks.
You will have experience working with Mental Health and will be able to inspire and engage people. You will have the ability to identify barriers and understand client needs while possessing excellent motivational skills. This will include one-to-one engagement and facilitating group-based activities, signposting, and engaging people in mainstream provision.
