Role summary This is a varied role which includes supporting the Head of Trade Partnerships to deliver growth for all products across the UK and Ireland. This will involve working with our wholesaler, DACs, agency schemes, NHS SC, NHS Wales, NHS Scotland, distributers and other trade partners, including our international distributor network. Key Responsibilities The following provides an indication of the key responsibilities involved in this role but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the duties that you may be required to do Trade : Promote all the entire group portfolio to relevant trade partners across the UK, Ireland and target international markets Support the Head of Trade Partnerships in the development of international business Maintain key relationships with key Trade stakeholders in the UK & Ireland Support the development of business cases for new growth opportunities Support the collation of commercial contracts Manage pricing queries Support cross functional internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets Key supporting role in all trade customer meetings to achieve Clinisupplies goals whilst also meeting customer needs Close working with our chosen wholesaler: Managing KPIs Monitor "sales in" and "sales out" Contractual stock holdings to be maintained Run monthly review meetings Obtain forecasts from each customer channel and feed into Supply Chain Support competitor DAC and other Trade channel meetings Working with the Head of Trade Partnerships, collaborate the month to date view each Friday providing key insights to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) NHS : Key supporting role in delivering the relationship and framework for all Urology, Bowel management, and Wound care frameworks B2B : Input and support with developing and achieving the B2B strategy Follow up with B2B customer to ensure sales targets are met Cross functional work : Close working with Trade Services, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure targets are met Contracts and tenders : Input and support all contracts and tender bid preparation and submission for Clinisupplies group Input and support in delivering the project plan, portal work and submission Maintain and develop the Tender Tracker, ensuring key stakeholders are informed with key upcoming tender opportunities and extensions Maintain and develop the Tender Library, updating all existing documents when required (minimum annually) and creating new documentation/SOPs to support the non-financial sections of bids and the business policies and procedures in general Regularly check the tender portal for notifications of the latest tender releases (PINs, ITTs, etc.) and prepare regular notifications for key stakeholders Support in building a business case to win new opportunities Experienced Required Previous experience working on key projects Experience of effectively managing multiple customers, as well as building good working relationships Sales experience Experience of working in a commercial environment Microsoft Office skills, particularly strong excel, numerical and analytical abilities Demonstratable experience in data gathering and analysis Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines Desirable Previous experience or knowledge of the commercial healthcare industry Experience of international business.
