Interview Date: 11th February Fixed term role until 31st March 2026 We are looking for a Project Worker to grow and develop our existing project (Project Unity) for Young Women and Girls who are care experienced young mothers or expectant mothers. You will join a committed and dynamic team that are making children and young people’s rights a reality in Wales. You will provide holistic wraparound support, advice, information and advocacy along with the shared responsibility of the development of participation groups, training and peer led support. Requirements include: Proven experience in working with children and young people in a social care setting Knowledge of Social Services Processes and Procedures. An understanding of the importance of listening to children and young people without bias or prejudice. Experience of group work, providing training and developing toolkits for professionals and young people. Understanding of safeguarding and legal duty in respect of reporting any concerns.
