An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Fire Engineer to join the Fire Engineering team within a Multi-disciplinary Consultancy.
As a Graduate Fire Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Senior Fire Engineers and Fire Consultants, contributing to the fire safety design process and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations. The Graduate Fire Engineer's Role
As the Graduate Fire Engineer, you will be part of a growing team, working on fire engineering solutions for the residential sector.
1. Assist in delivering fire engineering solutions for new-build residential developments.
2. Support the development of fire strategies, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and industry best practices.
3. Conduct fire safety assessments and contribute to design reports, risk assessments, and technical guidance.
4. Assist senior fire engineers in project delivery, attending design meetings and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
The Successful Graduate Fire Engineer Will Have
1. A degree in Fire Engineering, Fire Safety, or a related discipline.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in fire safety and engineering design.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
4. Knowledge of UK fire safety regulations and building codes (desirable but not essential).
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
