Your main aim will be to ensure a high standard of service is provided within catering.
This is a permanent position working within catering. Monday to Friday, 07:30am- 15:00pm. 37.5 hours per week.
You will also:
1. Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards
2. Ensure that the working environment is clean, tidy and safe
3. Effectively supervise a team
4. Be responsible for all aspects of your shift including, promotions, cash handling, staff training and securing the premises
5. You may be required to provide supervision for a staff catering outlets and patient services.
To succeed in this role you will need:
6. Experience as a Chef with a passion for food
7. Supervisory experience in a similar role
8. Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification - e.g. Food Hygiene Certificate
9. Patient & Retail catering Supervisor experience.
