We’re looking for an experienced and organised Construction Resourcer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from our Sittingbourne office. About the Role: As a Construction Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment team by sourcing and engaging with top construction talent. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and experience within the construction industry. Responsibilities: Sourcing and screening candidates for various construction roles Building and maintaining candidate databases Analyse CVs. Taking telephone interviews with candidates Using CV Library and Linked In for sourcing. What We’re Looking For: Strong construction experience and understanding of different sectors. Able to work in a busy environment and talk to candidates on the phone. Highly organised with good attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient with software such as CV Library, Linked In.
