Executive Chef - Sheffield
Location: Southampton
Rate of pay: Up to £70,000 per annum plus 10% on site performance
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days

We are currently recruiting for an Executive Chef at Southampton Football Stadium.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the kitchen staff, making sure everything runs smoothly. This includes training the team, ensuring cleanliness, and managing inventory to keep costs in check while maintaining quality.
* Design menus for matchday hospitality, VIP events, and private functions, working with the events team to provide great dining experiences that meet various tastes and dietary needs.
* Be responsible for staying within the budget, controlling food waste, building supplier relationships, and making purchasing decisions that keep costs low while maintaining high food quality.
* You will be responsible for 2000 hospitality clients every game and conference & events business ranging from 10 - 1000 covers.
