We have an exciting new vacancy for a Construction Design Manager (CDM) to join our team at The Britannia Hotels head office in Altrincham and to work closely with our Building division team and ultimately ensure that as a group we are compliant as specified in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

Your duties will include:
* Liaising with your employer, Designers, and Contractors to fulfil duties under the CDM Regulations
* Attending construction project design reviews and design team meetings
* Attending pre-start and progress meetings
* Conducting site safety inspections on construction sites and prepare reports
* Preparing Pre-construction Health and Safety Information for projects
* Reviewing and preparing Construction Phase Plans, Risk Assessments, and Method statements
Experience and Skills Required:
* NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health
* Previous experience in the construction industry, ideally in a health and safety role or as a building surveyor
* In depth understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Good level of IT skills
