You will have the opportunity to look after historical and listed buildings.In your day to day job you will:
* Ensure all events have the relevant preparation required
* That all site and facilities meet satisfactory facilities standard
* Look after the facilities budget
* Liaise with existing contractors and suppliers
* Arrange for all maintenance work to be completed
* Work with other departments to understand strategic needs and plans
The skills that you will bring your role as Facilities Manager will include:
* Working knowledge of Health and Safety policy practices
* Prior experience of working in similar role
* Knowledge of looking after listed or historical buildings
* Prior experience of looking after a team
