Job Description
* Implementing and managing the Quality Assurance programme within the Risk & Compliance department.
* Collaborating with teams across the organisation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
* Reporting on QA activities and presenting findings to senior management.
* Supporting the development of quality assurance policies and procedures.
* Conducting audits and evaluating the results.
* Ensuring all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
* Participating in continuous learning and development to keep abreast of industry changes.
The Successful Applicant
* Demonstrable experience working in a similar QA role
* Up to date understanding of regulatory requirements and standards
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
