Travel Sales Executive - Luxury Travel Company Location: SW London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience) Team Sales Bonuses Travel Perks Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend rotation) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Executive to join a leading luxury travel company. If you have a strong background in travel sales, a passion for creating tailor-made holidays, and thrive in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment, this is the perfect opportunity. You will be handling warm, high-value holiday enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth booking process. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with three days in our Richmond office and two days working remotely. Key Responsibilities Convert inbound luxury travel enquiries into bookings Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and experiences Build relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service Maximise sales opportunities and work towards team performance targets Manage accurate booking administration and documentation Attend educational travel visits to enhance destination knowledge What We Are Looking For Minimum 2 years of travel sales experience (Travel Agent, Tour Operator, or similar) Proven track record in luxury travel sales with strong conversion rates Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Comfortable working towards sales targets in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel for destination familiarisation trips Preferred Skills & Experience Experience selling luxury holidays to high-net-worth clients Knowledge of Mediterranean destinations such as Greece, Italy, France, and Spain Familiarity with CRM and booking systems A valid driving license is desirable What’s in it for You?
