Job Description This is an exciting role for someone who thrives on solving diverse challenges. Working with a variety of clients across industries, you’ll tackle complex problems and expand your expertise in data analytics and digital tracking. You will collaborate with a supportive and experienced team, gaining exposure to the latest tools and techniques in a rapidly evolving field. You will work as part of the Data and Engineering team to assist troubleshooting issues with data, implement tagging and tracking solutions through custom scripts and tag management tools, assist with data insights, and ensure data reliability across a wide variety of clients. Key Responsibilities Implement custom tracking solutions for Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta and more utilising a mix of internal tracking solutions, Google Tag Manager, and custom JavaScript when necessary. Utilise consent mode and Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) to comply with privacy regulations ensuring data is collected in a compliant way. Stay up-to-date with industry trends to stay ahead of the curve with the constant changes to the digital privacy and data landscape. Ensure that the data points collected on websites and apps are accurate through rigorous quality assurance processes. Troubleshoot and resolve any tracking or data discrepancies. Work closely with internal teams to address technical challenges around data collection and insights. Develop and implement custom solutions to streamline and automate workflows. Integrate clients' existing CRM systems with their marketing platforms to capture click data and connect offline conversions to their campaigns. Qualifications Proven experience implementing a range of digital analytics solutions for platforms including WordPress, Magento, Shopify, and custom websites. Excel in implementing and optimising tracking solutions for Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads through advanced manual setup, custom plugins, and sophisticated Google Tag Manager configurations. Experience with Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) implementation and debugging, including server-side tracking and Conversions API setup. Understanding of privacy regulations and strategies for managing data collection in cookie restricted environments, including experience with Consent Mode and Enhanced Conversions. Knowledge of JavaScript, Google Cloud, Google Analytics API, Google Ads API is advantageous. Skills and Attributes Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
