Description
As a Senior Engineer, you will provide technical work preparation services for studies, tenders, commercial projects, and internal business development products. You will support all of the Business Units: Transport & Installation, Decommissioning, and Wind.
Daily Activities Include:
1. Develop offshore execution methods for offshore projects, nomination of required equipment, concept and detail design of lifting arrangements, etc.
2. Perform engineering, technical project preparation and execution support of offshore projects, i.e. heavy lift installation and removal projects.
3. Review and organize review of internal and external deliverables (drawings, reports, and procedures).
4. Prepare subcontract Scopes of Work, reports, and installation manual input.
5. Contribute to a continuously improving and learning organisation by actively sharing knowledge and experience and identifying and providing follow-up subjects for improvement.

1. A Bachelor and/or Master degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering, project preparation, and execution of offshore projects.
3. A good understanding of offshore installation engineering methods and practices.
4. Excellent analytical, practical, and pragmatic skills.
5. Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
6. A willingness and enthusiasm to share your knowledge with less experienced junior engineers.
7. The ambition to work (temporarily) at yards, offshore on our vessels, or in our other offices.
