School Administration Assistant
What we are looking for
The children, staff and governors of St Nicholas Church School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic person to join our admin team.
We are looking for a candidate with:
* A good telephone manner
* Excellent IT, organisational and interpersonal skills
* The ability to deal sensitively with a range of children, parents and outside agencies
* Strong time management skills and the ability to manage workloads in a busy and demanding environment
* Able to work effectively within our hardworking, talented and friendly team
* Able to support the distinctive nature of a church school
* An understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding
Previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential.

25 hours per week (Term Time Only, plus 2 inset days)
BANES P SP 5-6 FTE £24,790- £25,183
Actual Salary £14,198.45 - £14,423.54
