Job Overview
This position plays a crucial role in driving business growth and development within the North Midlands region for Visum Recruitment Ltd.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical sales experience in the Fluid Power market, with a proven track record of successful business development and a hunter sales profile.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive growth and expand customer base
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue
Requirements
* Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the Fluid Power industry
* Strong business development skills, with a focus on hunting sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Remuneration Package
* Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience
* Bonus linked to Regional Growth & Company Performance; OTE 15% of basic salary (Commission based on year on year sales growth)
