What You Will Do:
• Coach and support People Leaders through all HR-related actions, including resolution of employee relations issues.
• Support resourcing requirements aligned to the company's resourcing and skills strategy.
• Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, including People Leaders and Trade Union partners.
• Use data to proactively identify business needs and collaborate on continuous improvements.
• Advise on the interpretation and implementation of Company policies.
• Partner with key stakeholders on the management of absence cases to support employee wellbeing.
