Your Role As a VDA at Steer Automotive Group, you’ll play a key role in assessing vehicle damage accurately and ensuring smooth, efficient repair processes. From standard vehicles to hybrids and EVs, you’ll use Audatex to generate detailed repair estimates while collaborating with customers and insurance engineers to uphold the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct precise, professional vehicle damage assessments across a range of models. Utilise Audatex to produce accurate repair estimates and timelines. Work closely with insurance engineers, customers, and the bodyshop team to ensure transparency and efficiency. Ensure all assessments meet BSI PAS 10125 standards and manufacturer guidelines. Manage multiple assessments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in the accident repair industry and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Key Attributes: Proficiency with Audatex for accurate damage assessment and costing. Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance setting. A team player with the ability to work independently. A commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
