About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Positive Behaviour Support team.
The successful candidate will have experience in delivering responsive and positive services, supporting individuals with challenging behaviours, and leading others to achieve excellence.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective support plans, collaborating with colleagues and external partners, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our service users.

Estimated Salary: £35,500 - £40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours weekly with a hybrid work arrangement that balances flexibility and collaboration.
