Technical Business Analyst
Salary - £60,780
Hours - This role is available full-time for 37 hours per week or part-time with a minimum coverage of 28 hours. This role is predominantly based in the office, with the opportunity to work from home up to twice a month. Flexible working patterns and compressed working requests are welcome.

You'll collaborate with a variety of talented teams with expertise in areas including System Engineering, Enterprise Architecture and Chief Technology Office, tackling unique problems such as identifying system inefficiencies, bridging the gap between engineering requirements and IT capabilities, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance operational performance. Your insights will guide engineers in crafting solutions that streamline processes and elevate user experiences. More about you:
To apply for this role, you will already have:
• Experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
• Analytical skills (Requirements validation, root cause, use case, system integration).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile, Scrum).
• An understanding of software development lifecycles (e.g. Requirements, Design, Test and Deployment)
To strengthen your application, it would be beneficial if you also have:
• Knowledge of system integration and API development.
• Experience in change management and business acceptance, such as conducting user training, and ADKAR.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in engineering.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Excel).

Putting your skills to use
Using your diverse range of skills within the Technical Business Analysis team, you will:
• Team up with engineers and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for technical projects.
• Translate technical jargon into actionable insights and clear documentation that everyone can understand.
• Design and refine business processes that boost efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring seamless alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
• Create reports and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
