* Leverage extensive expertise to assess and select suppliers based on quality, cost efficiency, and reliability
* Ensure comprehensive understanding, management, and communication of supply chain risks to senior stakeholders and internal teams
**Process Improvement:**
* Proactively identify and capitalise on opportunities for process enhancement within procurement and administrative operations
* Integrate industry best practices to elevate efficiency and operational effectiveness
* Optimise resource utilisation by streamlining workflows for both individual and team performance
**Compliance:**
* Ensure procurement activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations
* Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures
**Requirements:**
* CIPS L4/5 Qualification
* Must either hold Security Clearance or be a UK national eligible to obtain necessary clearances
* Ideally, a minimum of 3 years' experience working within a procurement and/or similar environment
* Possess a high standard of Procurement competence in key areas of sourcing, process knowledge, contracting skills and supplier management
* Good negotiation skills that drive positive business outcomes and ability to influence at all levels
* Good project management skills, product awareness, commercial acumen, financial awareness, risk and opportunity management
* Demonstrate exemplary business acumen
* Works on own initiative with minimal supervision and with responsibility for delivery, escalating concerns
