Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in people's homes.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the South locality.
* Support your progression through a District Nursing career progression framework.
* Provide regular 1:1 support and development, annual appraisal, and group clinical supervision.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications
* Registered General Nurse (adult)
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
Desirable Qualifications
* NMC Mentor qualification
* Prescribing qualification
Essential Experience
* Knowledge around long-term conditions and their management
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Ability to supervise and support a range of individuals including team members, formal and informal carers
* Demonstrates leadership skills; ability to plan and organise own and others' work
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience of implementation of change
* Previous Community Services experience
