Job Introduction
Due to our expanding business Aspens Services are recruiting a Payroll Administrator, to work within the existing payroll team. The payroll team serves over 4,500 employees over 9 different monthly payrolls. This role is office-based.
Main Responsibilities
* To support with the running of the monthly payroll
* To calculate manual payments and have an understanding of tax/NI/pension deductions
* To input Gross/Net multiple element data onto the payroll system
* To investigate and resolve employee and manager pay queries
* To set up new starters and leavers on the payroll system
* To process and have an understanding of statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP
* To process P45's, P60's, P11D's, AEO's and DEO's on the payroll system.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have previous payroll experience but full training will be given as well as the opportunity to complete a fully funded payroll qualification. Strong IT skills, especially EXCEL and attention to detail are essential.
