In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Order Processing: Handling price inquiries, orders, change orders, coordinating timely deliveries, monitoring open orders via Sales Force and SAP and invoicing via SAP R/3.
* Customer Contact: Receiving and processing incoming customer calls and emails in German and English.
* Close Coordination: Working closely with production, sales, and product management to optimize sales targets.
* KPI: Maximize order to sales, minimize goods in transit.
* Complaint Handling: Processing complaints in collaboration with the credit department.
* Master Data Maintenance: Maintaining the SAP R/3 system data.
The essential requirements of the job include:
* Successfully completed commercial training with at least 1 year of professional experience in customer service, preferably in a multinational company.
* Self-reliant, focused, results-driven, flexible.
* Fluent English skills, strong German skills desirable.
* Good PC skills (MS Office, especially Excel, SAP R/3 module SD).
