A luxury company dealing with both private & commercial clients. They are looking require an individual as an Accounts Assistant to join their team to provide support to the Financial Controller.
Job Description:
You will be covering all aspects of the day-to-day accounts reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase ledger (in conjunction with part time support already in place)
* Inputting invoices into accounts software / CRM system
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Weekly payment run by bacs
Sales ledger
* Sales invoicing, retail and contract
* Credit control
* Preparing ad-hoc sales invoices
* Managing IRP (Dealer) invoice processing and credit control
Accounts assistance
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Bank reconciliations
* Preparing CIS deduction statements & records for review & submission
* Weekly cash and sales reporting
* Assisting with month end processing & reporting
* Processing employee's business expense claims
* VAT return preparation
* Other ad hoc duties
