TPF Recruitment is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a highly reputable, chartered accountancy practice in Rochester. In addition to payroll, you will get the opportunity to cover CIS returns, and VAT returns too, and full training will be given. Our client uses Sage payroll software.
* Processing payroll reports for a portfolio of clients, ensuring reports are completed in a timely and efficient manner
* Dealing with HMRC PAYE enquiries
* Dealing with payroll queries raised by clients
* Processing net salary and PAYE payments and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner
* Setting up new PAYE schemes on the payroll database
* Assisting Payroll Manager in improving policies and procedures
* Ensuring filing of emails and ensuring payroll instructions are up to date
Requirements
Payroll Administrator Rochester
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a practice / payroll bureau
* Experience using Sage Payroll would be desirable but not essential
* Working knowledge of auto-enrolment legislations
* Ability to calculate PAYE and NIC manually is essential
