Customer Retention Coordinator
E-commerce

Salary - £22,000-£27,000
This opportunity is for a large client of ours to help develop, generate and maintain customer relationships through monitoring customer accounts and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
Your focus will be on e-commerce sites, and you will identify risks via data analysis and outreach.
Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, you will maintain customer records and help develop customer retention and acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Continuous improvement of the company's retention practices
2. Maintain record of customer interactions
3. Using data analysis to provide reports
4. Work with other teams to develop specific solutions
5. Work on content campaigns, email campaigns, and loyalty programs
6. Identify at-risk accounts
Key Skills:
1. Comfortable using CRM systems - Bloomreach a bonus!
2. Comfortable working on e-commerce platforms
3. Experience within a retention or account e-commerce management area
4. Creation of segments and customer emails
5. Business marketing, e-commerce, customer service all beneficial
