Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting future Early Career Teachers for ECT roles commencing in September 2025. If you are currently studying part-time and want to gain more experience within local schools or looking for a long-term role to put your learning into action, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
We are looking to recruit future ECTs who are soon to complete their teacher training or graduates who are looking for experience in Primary schools. The Lancashire Central Primary Branch at Teaching Personnel is well established within the local area and works alongside Primary Schools across Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn with Darwen, Lancaster, Ormskirk, and Skelmersdale. Whatever your preferred year group may be, and no matter whether you are looking for a permanent, full-time, or part-time role, we would love to help you progress within your future career.
We are looking for the following qualities in applicants:
* Must be aspiring towards gaining QTS.
* The experience to confidently plan, deliver, and assess the National Curriculum.
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* The ability to work flexibly and be reliable.
* A genuine passion for providing a high-quality education.
