Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager, this role is crucial for producing accurate management accounts by analysing labour costs and key productivity.Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse labour hours and assist Operational Heads with key variances.
* Assist with the preparation and closure of monthly and weekly invoices.
* Raise online Purchase Orders and ad-hoc payment requests.
* Perform weekly statement reconciliations.
* Handle month-end responsibilities, including basic accounting principles.
* Run daily reports to identify trends.
* Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, working with operations to understand variances.
* Develop strong relationships with various stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the Assistant Finance Manager to support growth opportunities.
* Report and monitor key performance indicators.
* Produce ad-hoc reports, costings, and expenditure trend analysis.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
