Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Control Engineer to join our team at a leading automotive manufacturer based in Andover. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and documented control systems, designed to facilitate Automotive manufacturing assemblies with a "Right First Time" methodical approach and a focus on quality.
The role involves overseeing the implementation and development of documentation processes and tooling through approved portfolio project and change management release processes. This includes ensuring all necessary product information (BOM, PFMEA, Process Flow charts, Work Instruction sheets, etc.) are current and readily available and adhered to through the build process with any changes captured.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an Automotive/Manufacturing environment with relevant experience as a Manufacturing/Production Engineer within a fast-paced, forward-thinking business. They will also possess strong background covering Manufacturing Engineering principles, lean experience, and ability to manage CI projects.
Key Responsibilities:

The estimated salary for this position is £Competitive DOE. Benefits include 25 days plus 8 Bank Holidays, Pension, and Location – Andover.
