You will provide marketing support as part of a wider marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will work 25 hours per week, there is flexibility how the hours are completed.
Main Duties
Admin support, data base management, ticket raising Retailer Audits and error flagging
Raising POs across the marketing team
Raising orders in line with the category manager requests for PR, influencer, retailer etc
Review all existing lines & coordinate central templates
Replying to customer pre sales questions directly onto the site
Approving new pages on Amazon to guidelines
Assist Shopper team on value adds installation and set up
Internal Audit of website and highlight/fix errors with category team & ecommerce team
Analysis on competitors including specs, pricing and distribution feeding back to category managers
Review existing POS using data and brief requirements
Assisting on admin for event bookings such as hotel stays and attendees
Brochure design and printing
