Pay Rate: £95 per day
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner for a role that requires a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education. This opportunity offers the chance to work with children aged 0-5 years, supporting their development in a nurturing and creative environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver a range of age-appropriate activities that support children's physical, social, and emotional development
Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times, following safeguarding procedures
Provide support to children with additional needs, ensuring an inclusive environment
Build positive relationships with children and their families, keeping parents informed of their child's progress
Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years Education qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally within a nursery or pre-school environment
A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting children's learning and development
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and safeguarding procedures
