All about the Role
We are seeking an unqualified teacher who is eager to embark on a rewarding career in education.
Working closely with experienced staff, you will:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
2. Support students in achieving their academic, personal, and social goals.
3. Use innovative approaches to cater to diverse learning needs.
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the development of our enriched curriculum.
A formal teaching qualification is not required; however, we are looking for someone who has some experience of teaching and/or supporting in the hospitality sector.
We can offer a supportive and inclusive environment where your development is a priority. There will be opportunities for training and progression, including pathways to qualified teacher status (QTLS).

All About Clare Lodge
Clare Lodge is a secure, welfare-only, all-female children’s home based in Glinton, Peterborough. The young people at Clare Lodge are given individualised support based on their complex needs.
We provide Education, Care and Health within a 16 Bed unit that caters for a variety of SEND needs. Using trauma-informed practice, we aim to provide a nurturing and inclusive environment that accommodates the individual needs and circumstances of all our students.
The service is independent, not contracted to the Youth Justice Board, and accepts referrals in respect of young people aged 10 to 17 years who are in need of care, programmes of intervention and protection.
