You will be at the forefront of member and guests welcome, ensuring a warm, friendly and courteous approach at all times. Working pattern - 4 night shifts on and 4 night shifts off Responsibilities: Adhere to member requests Provide members with newspapers, tea, coffee and pastries early in the morning Checking member requests throughout the night Answering incoming calls Late check ins Monitor Turkish bath area Arranging taxi transportation Assisting the night manager with any emergency situations About you: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service Ability to keep up with detailed knowledge of the local area Well presented with excellent communication skills Previous experience working in a similar luxurious hospitality establishment A valid driving licence Problem solver Team player Club Values: HEARTS Heritage - Our rich motoring, social, sporting and architectural heritage runs through the fabric and the nature of the Club Excellence - Excellence is not an achievement; it is something we strive for every day.
