Personal Care and Clinical Duties Demonstrates care and compassion to patients, carers, and relatives to ensure high quality person-centred patient care. Provides support to the RHP and other members of the Clinical Team as required. Maintains good relationships with team colleagues and staff in other disciplines to maximize patient care. Clinical Responsibilities Assists midwives in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care. Maintains patient confidentiality and follows information governance policies. Participates in maintaining accurate patient records. Performs a range of clinical duties, reporting results to the RHP.
