Who You Are As a Cleaning Officer, you are expected to be educated to Level 1 of the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales in an appropriate area or have demonstrable vocational experience operating at this level. You should be willing to obtain the Licence to Practice qualification from the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS). You possess basic administrative skills, effective communication abilities, and have a history of courteous client interaction. Able to work unsupervised, you are capable of sustaining long periods of physical work and are keen to contribute to a continuous improvement environment. What the job involves The job involves ensuring that the Coed Pella Offices are clean and hygienic. You will perform cleaning duties both independently and as part of a team under Facilities Management's direction. This includes replenishing consumables, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, reporting defects, and basic administrative tasks like filling out worksheets.
