Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Coffee Training Specialist to join our team to contribute to Nestlé Coffee Partners (NCP) success by delivering vs. revenue, profit and distribution objectives across new and existing Nestlé Coffee Partners Solutions by ensuring the quality of ‘We Proudly Serve’ Starbucks and Nescafé Beverage Solutions brand within our commercial partnerships to facilitate the growth of new and existing business, and supporting coffee expertise across the NCP brand and solution portfolio.

Nestlé Coffee Partners (NCP) is part of our Nestlé Professional Business to Business food service arm. Specialising in Out of Home beverage solutions, NCP offers an unrivalled portfolio of fantastic & renowned brands including our primary brand ‘We Proudly Serve’ STARBUCKS and also NESCAFE, and SEATTLES BEST COFFEE. Operating in the exciting out of home marketplace, NCP has ambitious objectives and is a growth driver for Nestlé. A day in the life of a Coffee Training Specialist…
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Support the delivery of training and operational priorities for all new We Proudly Serve Starbucks customers and locations.
* All aspects of training and auditing support (e.g. immersions, operational set-up, logistics, communication, project-management, new site openings, stakeholder liaison, course bookings, sign off process) across Nestlé Coffee Partners Portfolio of Coffee Solutions - Nescafé, Seattle's Best Coffee, We Proudly Serve Starbucks.
* Engage with regional contacts/customers/third parties as required to support brand and/or commercial objectives.
* Liaise with any other internal and external stakeholders that support or impact on performance delivery.
* Contribute to the improvement of processes, organisational capability and Training solutions in UK market.
* Help development of coffee knowledge and passion for coffee quality across all functions.
* Maintain an effective audit account ledger in your Region.
* To ensure that a good level of understanding and knowledge of the market place, the organisation, its products, promotions and services, which is improved and maintained at all times.
What will make you successful?
To be successful in this role, you’ll have retail leadership experience and be trained to Barista Trainer and/or have expertise in Nescafé Beverage Solution. You’ll be fluent in making beverages using beverage routine. You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both orally and written) with a close attention to detail and be results-orientated with a proven track record for consistently exceeding business objectives.
You’ll also have:
* Strong organisational skills, be highly motivated with a positive attitude.
* The ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
* Experience contributing to cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
* The ability to deal with ambiguity and to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
* Experience of delivering consistent performance through others.
* Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
* Problem-solving and planning skills and able to work under pressure to manage a fluctuating workload.
