Job Description
In this role, you will be working in close collaboration with MBDA/ISS stakeholders to develop and manage HSEQ plans to drive continuous improvement and a culture of shared ownership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Development and proactive management of an account specific HSEQ plan to drive continuous improvement
2. Support, coach and mentor the account operational teams to enhance HSEQ focus and drive shared ownership
3. Ensure adherence to the ISS UK Integrated Management System and client specific processes
4. Embed ISS HSEQ programmes such as Near Hits, Safety Leaders, and Safe Behaviours
5. Collaborate with senior HSEQ management on the development of AssessNet and similar systems
6. Closely support local ISS management with incident investigations to identify root causes and associated actions
7. Drive environmental compliance including Aspects & Impacts process
8. Control of Contractors – responsibility for developing the process, account wide training and governance to ensure the process is adhered to and opportunities for improvement are identified/escalated
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
9. Previous experience in a similar HSEQ role with knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental processes and legislation
10. Experience of operating as a HSEQ Consultant within Facilities Management
11. Ability to develop robust relationships to drive positive change
12. Experience and knowledge of Quality Standard ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
13. Relevant quality related qualifications i.e. Internal Auditor
14. Strong communicator, with an ability to inspire confidence
15. Ability to work in a fast paced and reactive environment
16. Understands the relationship between operational success and compliance
