Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales for new homes, particularly within affordable housing schemes
* Guide potential buyers through the shared ownership process, ensuring they understand the eligibility criteria
* Work independently on-site, meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Build strong, professional relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service
* Provide outstanding customer care, managing queries and negotiations effectively
* Maintain a high standard of presentation and professionalism at all times
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in new homes sales, with a particular focus on affordable housing schemes
* Strong knowledge of the shared ownership process and eligibility criteria
* A proactive, target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* A professional and approachable manner with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle (mileage can be claimed)
Working Days:
* Tuesday to Saturday (with Sunday and Monday off)
