Main roles are attending team huddles, arranging team meetings including, agenda and minutes, monitoring shared mailboxes, making appointments, diary management and some dictation using Bighand and liaising with other agencies. The successful candidates must also have the ability to be organised, efficient and have the capacity to prioritise their workload whilst dealing sensitively with issues and maintaining confidential information. The candidate may be asked to support the wider secretarial team including Reception.
