RolePurpose:
As the RotaCoordinator you will manage and operate the electronic rota systemfor Supported Living services. Your role is crucial in ensuringpersonalized care and support services are provided to customers byefficiently and effectively allocating resources to balancecustomer needs with staffrostering.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Managethe electronic rota system for Supported Livingservices.
* Ensure efficientallocation of staff to meet the personalized care and support needsof customers.
* Produce and manipulateinformation and data to support servicedelivery.
* Draft clear and accuratedocuments as required.
* Develop andimplement effective data managementsystems.
* Maintain high standards ofcustomer service andsupport.

* Qualifications:NVQ 2 in Administration orequivalent.
* ITProficiency: Extensive experience with IT includingMicrosoft Office applications electronic rostering systems datamanipulation and spreadsheet packages to produce variousdocuments.

* AdministrativeExperience: Proven experience in a varied administrativerole.
* CustomerService: Demonstrable track record of deliveringexcellent customerservice.
* Communication:Ability to draft concise and accurate writteninformation.
* DataManagement: Experience in developing and implementing newdata managementsystems.
* OrganizationalSkills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritiseworkload in a pressuredenvironment.
* Flexibility:Willingness and ability to travel asrequired.
