Location: West Bromwich, Birmingham
To proactively own & manage our client's relationship and experience, whilst penetrating our clients with products & services from our catalogue which they might find useful or valuable to better enable their businesses use of technology.
Objectives:
1. Maintain regular proactive contact with clients and colleagues to build strong relationships and uncover opportunities.
2. Hold account management meetings with clients, engaging appropriate members from other internal teams to enhance and add value to client experience.
3. Recommend products & services to our clients that they might find useful/valuable to better enable their businesses use of technology.
4. Utilise tools & systems to build quotations, manage opportunities and convert them into wins.
5. Welcome new clients and colleagues to our service to educate them to the value it can add for them.
6. Prepare accurate forecasts to enable the local team to deliver against requirements & the business to report & resource appropriately.
Personal Specification:
1. You will be commercially aware.
2. Willingness and enthusiasm to learn.
3. Strong desire to achieve sales targets.
4. Confidence and competence when speaking to a range of clients.
5. Great telephone manner and customer service skills.
6. Basic computer proficiency and aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
7. Attention to detail.
8. You will be approachable and open to team members asking for your support and guidance.
