This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, from rolling out campaigns and coordinating photoshoots, to managing partnerships and creating on-brand assets. Oversee timelines, briefs, and asset delivery across key campaigns. Liaise with internal teams and freelancers to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate photoshoots from concept to completion. Manage marketing assets across CRM, social platforms, and third-party channels. Handle incoming marketing enquiries and direct them appropriately. Support brand consistency across all visual and written touchpoints. Collaborate on campaign concepts and creative development. Create marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). Assist with photoshoot styling, briefing, and art direction. Identify and support creative brand-aligned partnerships. Experience and Skills Requirements: At least 2 years’ experience in a creative marketing or brand coordination role. Exceptionally organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach. Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced or agile environment. Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign. Skilled in managing deadlines, timelines, and project workflows. A collaborative team player who’s equally comfortable working independently.
