* Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and networking

* Working with and speaking to decision makers and building a professional relationship
* Working to and achieving sales targets
* Ability to think innovatively and constantly challenge – striving for commercial success at all times
* Polished written, telephone, and face-to-face communication skills
* Representing the brand in a professional and positive manner
* Learning about the company and what we offer our clients to ensure you are a knowledgeable BDM
* Negotiating with potential clients
* Build a healthy pipeline to ensure you are always exceeding your targets

* A proven history in developing customer relationships
* Energetic and passionate about delivering improvement and exceptional customer service
* A dedicated team player
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent presentation skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
