Job Description
As a Payroll and Accounts Specialist, you will join a team who are responsible for successfully delivering on time, accurate and compliant Payroll processing for Bosch UK: 19 Payrolls across 14 divisions, totaling 4500 associates.
* You will be part of team who are responsible for the Payroll process from start to finish (data input, calculation and balancing), including working with multiple customers with varied deadlines.
* You will be part of a global HR Services Function, working closely with key contacts in our Hub in Budapest, along with local UK customers across multiple Bosch locations.
* You will provide support and advice to a variety of internal customers and ensure that requests are handled within Service Level Agreements.
* You will analyse data, utilising tools such as Microsoft Excel to identify anomalies in Payroll data.
* You will have a strong continuous improvement mindset with a drive to standardise and automate processes where possible.
Qualifications
Essential:
* Quality focused with high attention to detail.
* Excel experience with strong numeracy skills.
* Ability to be self driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferable:
* Previous experience in a Payroll function.
* Background in working as part of a wider HR Service function.
* Experience using SAP or similar Payroll systems.

Working Hours: Hybrid working with approximately 2 days per week in the office
39 hours a week; Mon – Thurs 08.00 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
